I've been taking this type of senolytic activator for about 2 years now. I have to say that the quality of the pills is noticeable and the pills themselves are a good deal. You only need to take 3x per week and there are 36 in there, so that is basically a 3 month supply for a very good price. Now onto the science: Senolytic activators are chemicals that are used to promote the killing of cells that no longer divide. These cells are usually responsible for releasing a lot of inflammatory chemicals into your system, more so than dividing cells, which can age your body more than necessary. I've taken these pills for 2 years on the basis of this science and I am not disappointed. The pill contains ingredients such as fisetin and quercetin, which both have great benefits as senolytic activators. They have provided me good value and I have yet to notice a gray hair on me and I feel like I have more energy. Of course, with pills like these only time will tell if I actually have a real net effect, but I am confident I will see more soon enough!

Ingredients of this was what I was looking for and bio availability of quercetin was even better . An antioxidant and inflammation fighter , taking this with NMN would be beneficial. I trust Life Extension quality as I purchase their other products and I have noticed changes after using it . Value for money as recommended dosage is once a week , but I am consuming it 2 X a week instead
