I've learnt the hard way that it's more worth it to buy higher quality products which the body can absorb, than cheaper brands which are synthetic or made from cheaper sources that don't yield the desired results. This supplement is helping me settle my inflammation due to having out of control mast cells. The benefit of this supplement is my body absorbs it much faster and more efficiently as it is more bioavailable than regular Quercetin. I take one of these capsules per day with my main meal.

Bio-Quercetin has been a great addition to my daily supplement routine. It helps with inflammation and immune support, and I’ve noticed a difference in my overall recovery and energy levels. The formula is highly absorbable compared to standard quercetin, which is a big plus. Definitely a quality product worth trying. You need to give it at least one to two weeks to see the effects and after a month you don’t need to take the antihistamines medicine but you have to finish at least 3 months cycle

I first bought the Quercetin from Now Foods and then tried this one for cholinergic urticaria but the outcome was the same. I read reviews that suggested it works great for seasonal allergies. Since this one uses Phytosome technology, I thought it would work better for me but it didn’t do much. It reduced the symptoms, but the effect was minimal

Been using quercetin for years and love this one even more than others. having MCAS it helps a lot.

I was hoping for a bigger benefit but this quercetin didnt so much do my allergies and histamine intolerance. I’ve heard that someone’s you have to take it for longer than a month or see a result but I just don’t want to risk it, it’s so exhausting trying all this different supplements. I do trust the quality of this brand and hope that it works for others.

Good quality BioQuercetin with a clean formula. I use it to support immunity and inflammation balance. Easy to take and well tolerated.
