It really helps to calm your nervous system. When taking it, the accumulative effect is important - you need to take it for several months. Flavorful pills)))))
It's a good on the go product for me. Very nice herbal blend here. Whenever I feel anxiety, I take it often before work or a busy day and it does help and basically makes me feel calmer but still 100% functional (meaning it does not sedate me, just calms me down). Would highly recommend it, although I prefer not relying on it day to day. During a stressful period, day to day could be fine. But ideal use for me personally is when there's a lot going on or if I know there will be more than I can handle that day. My friend also liked it but doesn't want to take it because of ashwagandha contraindications with her other meds. From my research your body can get accustomed to ashwagandha if taken for a long time and you can experience pretty bad withdrawals going off of it. So once again, maybe best used sparingly and not day to day. Just something to keep in mind :)
