Then I got a strong headache and had to take .some Tylenols I am not sure if it is the ginseng or the eleutherococcus precipitating it; perhaps I'll try .just 1/2 capsule after waiting a few days So then, use with CAUTION if you are prone to anxiety, tachycardia, palpitations, etc. as it can really amp you up. The product must be of good quality to cause such rapid effect, but it is too strong for me to use regularly, and it also caused .sleep impairment after a single dose

I have been using this for few days already and I am very disappointed. It doesn’t give me any energy I actually fall asleep 30 min after taking this instead of staying awake because I was tired . Small pill easy to take doesn’t have taste but again quality is bad that’s just my opinion. I am actually taking 2 on the bottle it says one… how sad . Maybe it will work for someone else .
