i was taking two pills before sleep, after a couple of day of starting taking it, my colone get to work better. i used to suffer from Chronic constipation and felt waaaay better after taking these capsules
It helps with bowel movement. Just take it the previous day. It doesn't give those diarrhoea kind but just flushes out the toxins. Mild and gentle.
