1-2 tabs a day alleviates my eczema kind of allergy that happened in spring. I sometimes take this with C+zinc too, but I believe the quercetin helps tremendously. Mental health is also crucial so please try to reduce stress even if you're taking this product.
It’s a very good quality product. I researched quercetin, the Solgar brand (with vitamin C) was at the top. started using it to reduce inflammation because my teenage son has rheumatoid arthritis. It also supports the immune system because it contains vitamin C. Quercetin is a powerful antioxidant and it has been very good for the whole family's allergy problems. The medicine is medium-sized but very easy to swallow because it is a slippery capsule. I definitely recommend it if you don't have a special condition.
