The benefits are that there is no weird taste and easy to swallow. The suggested dosage is 4 capsules. However, I only take two as the effects are strong on me and makes me feel full for a long time. I took two bottles of this chitosan supplement and noticed some benefits in digestion and weight control. The capsules are large but manageable. However, toward the end of the second bottle, it started to feel a bit heavy on my stomach. Taking it with plenty of water helped, but I decided to take a break. It may work well short-term, but long use didn’t suit me perfectly.
