Mix™ Capsules Without Copper, 360 Capsules

This product is great. Very comprehensive and great amount of different natural extracts from veggies, berries and herbs. This Life Extension Mix is the best multivitamin I've found from here and have been using it on/off for over 10 years with great results. Once there was a suspection of a possible Wilson's disease so I bought this one without copper to avoid excess accumulation. But no, I do not have that disease so I will not propably by this one again as copper is good to be in balance with molybdenum as otherwise molybdenum (which is also high in this product + other products I use) can become toxic and cause actually some damage to brains too. But this one is good option for those who accumulate too much copper.

The most comprehensive, fundamental, sensible and logical Super-MULTI you can buy - available also w/o Copper ( an agressive oxidizing metal just like Iron you must avoid as long as a state of deficiency is not documented with a relevant laboratory analysis.)

After having almost all of the supplements in this great multivatamin, multimineral and trace-mineral supplement in my cabinet I decided to make it easier for me (and free up storage room in my cabinet) and switch to this "all in one" formular. 12 caps a day do the trick. Can recommend it - however only this version WITHOUT copper, iron and minimal calcium (could even be less calcium or none if you asked me). Much more economical, cheaper then buying all of the ingredients on their own, also saves time to prepare the weekly pill box. Buy it! :)

I have been taking Life Extension Mix for over 6 years and have found it to be the most comprehensive formula available. I take three capsules with each meal and have noticed no side effects. Highly recommended for those desiring a high dose multivitamin/mineral formula.

I take 1-12 capsules a day based upon my needs, but mostly 1-1-1 (3 capsules). This allows for fine grained dosing. If I take less then 6 capsules a day i add 400µg folate (Dr. Best) and extra B12 (1 µg sublingual). Also this multi has a superb price for whats in it!
