I took this + probiotic for woman,+lumbrokinase enzyme from dr mercola. My tummy goes flat. Always have bloated tummy so a flat tummy makes me happy.
In the beginning it gave me some headaches but after that it's working very well. Quality is great, the size is OK too. It helps with my digestion and overall health. I'm using this for my Sibo problem. I switched to this brand after using some expensive brands. Looking forward to purchase more.
Seems ok with noside effects. Taking this for sibo as my previous one is too expensive and difficult to get . So far no side effects and can recently see some changes in my stool . Hoping it’s due to this . This is still costly so hoping it has been helping .
It changed my digestion no more problems with IBS problems and I can also eat a little bit of dairy products like goat cheese, feta without problems! I was sick with many vegetables and I can eat all of them now!!!! 💖👌🤗 Thank you for this wonderful product!
I think soil based probiotic is for certain kind of people, more for those who has dysbiosis, it doesn't do much on me.
I take painkiller regularly. Will take this after medication with mercola probiotics.

After lots of research and discovering that SBO probiotics are what's needed with the gut issues I have, I found these consisted of a good blend of those that were recommended (coagulans, clausii, subtilis) It does have some mushrooms in there as well, though, and whilst these are generally amazing for health and the gut, depending on what you specifically have going on, these can cause irritation. For example, with some mushrooms and SIBO (Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth - which is what is behind most IBS). If you're having gut issues, it's best to actually work with someone specific who understands your situation and the root cause, instead of trying to throw things at it willy-nilly.
