Nature way is a good company which uses natural clean ingredients. I use Echinacea along with Nettles and Astragalus root during flu and allergy season to help fight infections. Works well Great that they are vegi caps
It is influenza season here. Given I've been sick rather frequently (once every month or two), my colleague has recommended Echinacea Purpurea Herb to me (not this exact product, just the herb - I picked this particular brand randomly). She said after her brother-in-law underwent all those medications and chemo for Leukemia, his cancer doctor in Australia actually recommended him to start taking Echinacea supplements to help with his immune system. I took and so far I feel better, at least I'm not getting sick as frequently as I used to.
