Good product, good flavor for what it is. This seemed to be very heavy on the mag citrate though. Which means you get a laxative effect every time you want some calcium. This may be a plus for some folks, but not for me. I will be switching to a calcium product with a different form of magnesium (glycinate or mag ox) to avoid the laxative side effect.

I bought this product many times it tastes great. I’ve been using it for the past five years and I’ve seen a great improvement in my sleep quality and my calcium level levels. Sugar content is not too much and since I’ve been taking it I’ve been able to focus better the color is pale.

Taste more like lemon flavor then mixed berry to me. Haven’t been on it long enough to feel any changes but I do feel good and calm after taking it, mostly taking it to switch it up from pill form to liquid.
