My fatigue is gone! I can make it through the day without feeling like im about to pass out because of tiredness. Had my blood works done after taking this high strength B12 and other supplements to combat certain ailments for a while . My doctor now said my b12 blood level is too high so I've stopped taking for now because i'm in a much better place because of the remarkable improvements to my health. (she said my vit D is normal; being taking NOW 5000iu permanently and will continue especially in the winter months. She told me to continue eating the healthy foods im eating because im very healthy. however its the supplements that got me to this stage for my numbers to be so good in my mid fifties. I'm deficient in NOTHING at this time and I will maintain this level of normal health thanks to iHerb for saving my life.

While I intend to keep buying this, I wish the ingredients were better. The pills are unnecessarily large for a 5mg pill. 5mg is very small when measured out [very small!], so that means that there is a lot of filler. The rice flour is ok, but I am not fooled by "stearic acid [vegetable source]" or "sillicon dioxide". [Perhaps if I asked they would justify these as "flow agents."] I do not want these in my pills. Sadly, this is the closest I could find to what I am looking for. I still take these pills.
