Methyl B-12 Lozenges, Natural Mango Peach, 2,500 mcg, 60 Lozenges

This is my favorite B-12 supplement. I had stopped eating animal products for a few years. And, well, I became B-12 deficient. The symptoms weren't a happy experience. I took the tasty 2,500 mcg lozenges sublingually, three times a day, for a year. Recently, I reduced to twice a day. They've helped calm me, reenergize me, and reduce body pains. My seven-year-old and my two-year-old really like the lozenges, too. I only give them one once in a while. My rating: Great!

Good quality of the product Taking it with folic acid also from solaray Size of the pills is very small which is convenient Taste good I do not know which of this supplements do this thing but my metabolism is better now and less sugar/sweet cravings
