My wife and I take two tabs of Solaray Brand Aloe Vera Gel Concentrate without food between breakfast and lunch for two reasons. First, we are convinced it does wonders for our digestives system. Secondly, we are forever scraping or bruising our skin; Aloe Vera seems to quicken the healing process. Very good value for the buck.
