It tastes weird like an iron mixed with weird berry flavor. But it did absorb fast and did help my iron levels to level out. It comes in a glass bottle and that's the only reason I didn't re buy it. Keeping it in the fridge was kinda tricky.
Good iron supplement that combines iron with essential nutrients for better absorption and overall blood health. Helped improve my energy levels and reduce fatigue. I like that this iron supplement is liquid and easy to absorb. Many iron supplements can be hard on the stomach, but this one seems gentler and easier to take. The berry flavor is actually quite pleasant for an iron supplement. It also includes additional nutrients that support iron absorption, which is a nice bonus.

I like my iron to be in liquid form, and this is a good one with added vitamin C and B12 to help with absorption. Tastes like berry with a metallic edge. Doesn’t bother me, but I got one for my FIL and he didn’t like the flavor. So I think it’s okay as long as you’re not too picky.
