The only iron supplement recommended for iron-deficiency anemia. Don’t forget to take a good-quality vitamin C alongside it. If you’re not B12-deficient, definitely choose iron bisglycinate for supplementation — it has good absorption and a good price–value ratio.

I think these are fine for occasional use. The bottle top is real unlike this company's annoying blue flip lid used on most NOW supplements.
