Hema-Plex® Iron, 30 Slow-Release Tablets

I made the mistake of eating it every day and got acne and kidney pain because the dose was too much. It's better to do a CBC exam before eating anyway. It has B12 in its composition, which caused acne and dryness on my face. Other than that, I think it's a good supplement; it just didn't suit me.

This is the only supplement so far that was able to pull my hemoglobin level to above 14. I take it every other day to avoid hepcidin blocking, and I make sure to take it on an empty stomach and that there's 2 hours min after a meal and 2 hours before the next meal to maximize absorption. No upset stomach whatsoever. Very effective protocol. I saw real results after 3 weeks!

These iron tablets are high quality and very effective. I like that they are slow-release, which makes them gentle on the stomach and easy to digest.
