There are 2 ingredients women are missing that are in this magic bottle. I am 60, post menopausal and started having reoccurring UTI's which had never happened until menopause. It is hard to find a probiotic with Crispatus and Reuteri. This has been a game changer. No refrigeration is required. Size is a bit large but is easy to swallow. I will take this every day for the rest of my life! What a top notch quality supplement that I wish more women of all ages knew about. Holistic Drs are not sure why these two probacteria are missing in women but say it is alarming and benefits us even in childbearing years! plus helps our guts...win win!

Good price and the ingredients were just what I was looking for, 18 strains. it did make a difference, and I would take them again. Good quality brand. The size of the capsules are a little bit big, but you get used to them. This is my 1st time taking supplements, which I did benefit from.

This microbiome has good quality and ingredients. It helped with constipation. I experienced no gut issues or absorption problems after taking it. The only two things I don’t like is the capsule size (considered big for some people) and the aftertaste. I take this when I wake up on an empty stomach. It has a discomforting aftertaste that goes away when u eat. Nevertheless, it’s a great supplement just keep all your probiotics refrigerated and enjoy benefits (even if labeled not required).

I’m very happy with this probiotic. I take one pill in the morning, and after initial unrest in belly I feel now (after 3 weeks) my intestines are more relaxed. Hope to get rid of perimenopause blowiness all together.

Quality seems good but the price is just too high for something I did not feel was significantly better than cheaper options. Did not buy again

I have tried two other probiotics from the same brand and never was disappointed. I was looking for a probiotic which contains L. Crispatus specifically and this seemed to be the best available option. I haven't been taking these long enough to know if there are any benefits. the capsule is quite big in size but no taste at all.

Quality is ok. Ingredients are written in the bottle. Size of tablet is average. I use this supplement to heal psoriasis. Package is ok. Benefits my gut. Can also benefits digestion. Good for microbiome. Don’t know how fast can this be absorbed by the body. Maybe it can help to relieve constipation. Taste nothing.

I’ve been taking this probiotic supplement daily and it really helps with my digestion. I feel less bloated and my stomach feels lighter and more balanced. It’s gentle on the tummy and easy to take. Definitely a must-have for good gut health!
