I buy this Solaray Oregano to try to fight chronic urinary infection. Allegedly, corporate chicken farms give the chicks oregano in place of antibiotics. Oddly enough it also takes down my overall body order. However, I also go to the doctor and take prescription antibiotics when the need arises. Since I like Italian food I eat a lot of oregano, too.

I only take it for 7 days and then a few days off because it builds up in the system. Just make sure you take it after eating and not on an empty stomach. Price is reasonable and not hyped up.
