Turmeric & Bromelain, 90 Veg Capsules

Great help for reducing inflammation. Products easy to swallow (not large) and this is really good value for the price. I did find just using whole turmeric tablets (4:1 concentrate) on its own was just as effective if not more so - so giving four stars. NOW products are always of high quality. As people are very individual in their level of response, if this combo doesn't work try the turmeric only option. I enjoy REVIEWING all my purchases to help people make WISE CHOICES.

I will say -- sometimes my dog would spit these out and it was stain the area or rug that she left it at which is a bummer, so beware if you have a sneaky pup!

I have been buying this combination for my 86 years old mother who is experiencing joint pain due to osteoarthritis and old age. She is also taking MSM, so I don't know which one of the two supplements is having the good result (or if they work synergistically), but she reports diminished pain and increased mobility.

Bought these caps as there wasn't other caps I usually buy. Caps are big and have not so pleasant taste. Didn't notice some special effect from Bromelian so I think I will continue buying other caps I used to.
