I like that they keep their texture while also soaking up all the milk/alt milk (i use the same base recipe every day, 300 ml milk to 175 ml oats and one tablespoon of chia seeds). You can really taste their flavour, it feels like a quality ingredient! The packaging is very handy as well. A bit pricy for the size however.
Good taste for this quality and ingredients. The size is good enough for this price and package is good size with ziplock. The benefit of oats is good for health which is easy to use. Fast to cook for breakfast. A nice recommendation for every household with lots of fiber per serving.

I can tell this is a quality product the moment I opened the package—the smell is fresh unlike some local brands I’ve tried which smelled more woody and stale. And I regularly bake granola with regular rolled oats, and this is my first time making granola with instant rolled oats—what a pleasant surprise! Being thinner than the regular kind, these oats absorb liquid much more quickly, thus shortening the soaking time. They also release ample starch when fully hydrated, clumping readily to form clusters—a big bonus for anyone who loves chunky granola! Besides all those clusters, the thing I like best about these thinner rolled oats is that they make for crisper granola. The oats bake up more porous and have a lovely lightness and airiness. So, one tip for other granola bakers: If you like chewy granola, your safest bet is extra-thick rolled oats; but if you prefer a crispy and more delicate texture, I heartily recommend giving these instant rolled oats a try.
