I bought this to support my kidneys and adrenal energy. So far I have no issues with it. When I take it, I take it in the afternoon around 4-6pm (as 5-7pm is Kidney time in Chinese medicine). Small amount of powder in a cup of hot water or tea. Sip and enjoy!

I don’t know how to say this but as a woman, this mushroom certainly helps circulate blood flow everywhere. I know it sounds hard to believe, but it kinda acts like a man’s little blue pill. That’s all I’m going to say I would highly recommend it. and I can’t leave out the fact that it is definitely an energy supplier. I like to make a tea simply with warm water and my Cordyceps mushroom mycelium powder. Sometimes I just take a teaspoon of it raw it kind of has a interesting nutty enjoyable taste. I will be ordering this brand again. I have tried several other brands, but I am very happy wit this brand host, defense mushroom.

Got it few years ago, we were taking it for a while but didn’t finish the pack before it expired Can’t really tell if there were any changes in how we feel, but i guess some benefits were there But easy to add in foods and drinks, serving size in not large, so you don’t feel the mushroom taste

I mix this with my coffee, great quality 👌 hopefully, the ingredients are organic, smaller in size but doable for single user like me. Love this mushroom 🍄 with jampackef benefits and great for immunity.

Loved the energy boost this gave me in my morning cup of decaf coffee! Very easy to mix dissolves easily. Slight taste but didn't mind it and could be easily covered up with non dairy (or dairy) milk!
