I bought this after hearing Paul Stamets on JRE as he is the leading authority on medicinal mushrooms and he seems to produce a high quality product. I enjoyed taking it and would order it again however I haven’t at this stage. Good quality ingredients and it taste is fine.

I have tried 7 different brands and several different forms of lion's mane after I tried fresh mushroom in the mountans of NC. There is nothing like fresh wild grown lion's mane but Host Defense is one of the best. I have tried also liquid form of three brand and love it, but I got fatty liver and I can't take anything with an alcohol or glycerin anymore. Because I stop taking my favorite liquid lions mane I had a break in taking it, looking for a safe alternative and my insomnia and brain for came back kind of (although I an on GFDFSF diet which a game changer). After I start taking LM in this powder I got my clarity and deeper sleep back!

this is a great mushroom stack to help me become more alert at work with minimum caffeine during the night. I work night shift so exhausted after work when I have to do some house chores. Quality is superb 👌 will always go back to this brand. I trust ingredients are organic no chemicals and size is quite small for me but doable.
