Great blend of adrenal supporting herbs for energy. Buying all of the ingredients separately would be very expensive. This is economical and very supportive of adrenal fatigue which is what so suffer from.

Been taking this for a while now. I make sure not to take it close to when i drink black tea or coffee, but it’s had a good effect on me, has improved my energy levels and stress resistance as I work in a highly stressful environment with deadlines. I like the composition, ingredients and dosage.

I am prone to incapacitating dizzy spells and years ago i had a Holistic Dr put ,e on this and milk thistle. Worked to keep them at bay so i always keep this on hand for dizzy spells!

I highly recommend an adrenal or cortisol support to take if you struggle with adrenal fatigue symptoms, especially insomnia. These seem like a high quality supplement, and they worked well for me. I would take them for at least 4-6 weeks before guaging if they work for you. And the key is to take them regularly. But they're a great option.
