At first I was a little bit surprised with the amount of product when I opened the container, along with the size of the supplement, but don’t let it fool you. I’ve tried other methylcobalamin supplements, but this one blew me away with the energy & instant kick that it provides. I usually let it dissolve under my tongue, leaves a great flavor. Will definitely be sticking with KAL!

Kal B-12 chewable is so easy to take. It taste like candy which maybe not a good thing lol. Its good to have on hand since we can't produce b12 on our own. My daughter takes with her iron supplement. I wish this one came in a larger quantity.

The quality of the ingredients are good. A good source of Folic acid, there is no Niacin flush. The size is so tiny yet the potency and the effect on me is huge. I can really feel my nervous system calming down when I take B 12. It also helps with metabolism which gives a lot of energy. The package is well packed and sealed.The taste is sweet.

I love the berry taste which has no yucky chemical aftertaste at all. I hope it does what it's supposed to do – my blood tests will tell if it helps my blood cells which showed some signs of B12 and B9 deficiency. I really wish this brand would shrink its bottle or increase the number of tablets. It's quite ridiculous coz 60 tiny tablets barely form a third of an inch at the base of the bottle. This bottle is clearly too large for the number of tablets and is terrible for sustainability.
