I tried H&S before that did not work really well, now I am trying this. The scent is very medicated (as expected). I think it is a good size and quality for the price. I was instructed to use this twice a week to reduce dandruff and itchy scalp.
It has a nice smell, the size of the bottle is quite well for that price. It's the second time I washed my hair and yet my scalp is jot that itchy anymore. I have seborheic dermatitis. I also like that my hair doesn't smell bad anymore due to the dermatitis.

I wouldn’t say that is as effective as Head&Shoulders (instantly) but it might be better in long term as it states to be medicated. I like the “cold” sensation it gives due to menthol.
