Wonderful! Wonderful! I definitely can't live without this essencial oil in my life. I bought to relieve stress and depression. It's working a lot in my aromatherapy. A small study of women in Japan found that inhaled bergamot essential oil mixed with water vapor reduced anxiety and fatigue. Likewise, an article concluded that aromatherapy with bergamot (among other essential oils) can relieve depression, anxiety and other mood disorders, signaling the brain to release dopamine and serotonin. Besides, it has a wonderful citrus aroma and you can still use it in skincare and hair. I'm in love with this oil. I've been using it for a few months and I highly recommend this essential oil. I love the smell of bergamot and this is the one to get if you are looking to put in an essential oil burner. I also use my bergamot oil in super minute amounts on my face whenever I feel like I need to give my face extra care. How I do it is I would dab a tiny bit in my palms, rub it gently against each other then gently cup my face with my palms. This is after applying my toner, serum and moisturiser. It helps to calm my skin down and the smell helps you to relax. Other times, I would do a mini facial at home. First I help my pores to open up by doing a face steam. Pour hot water into a heatproof bowl, drop 1-2 drops of teatree oil and bergamot oil into it. Put a towel over your head and then put your face over the bowl and let the steam help to open your pores. I do this for 10 mins, then do a scrub, and a mask after. Product quality is decent and I have little to complain about so far. Shipping was fast, but the price can be better as iHerb has been increasing its prices over the years, even with the discounts that they are offering every now and then. Will buy again when this runs out.

I’ve used NOW brands products for several years and this Bergamot essential oil is, by far, the best. The closest to Rishi’s Earl Grey tea I’ve experienced.
