This NOW Cinnamon Cassia is the real deal: hot, sweet-spicy, and very strong. One drop perfumes a room. It’s perfect for a cozy “freshly baked” vibe or holiday blends. • How I use it: 1 drop cassia + 4–5 drops sweet orange (or vanilla/cedarwood) in a 200–300 ml diffuser. Short sessions (20–30 min) are plenty. • What I like: huge throw, consistent quality, great price for 30 ml, pairs beautifully with orange, clove, ginger, fir. • Heads-up: This oil is rich in cinnamaldehyde and is a strong dermal irritant/sensitizer. I don’t put it on skin. If you must, keep it ≤0.05%—about 1 drop in 100–120 ml carrier. Never near face/mucosa. Safety you shouldn’t skip: external use only; avoid in pregnancy, around infants, and pets (especially cats). Diffuse lightly with ventilation. Can provoke headaches/asthma if overused. Do not ingest. Bottom line: If you want a bold, cheerful cinnamon for diffusing or holiday blends, this is excellent. For topical cinnamon, choose cinnamon leaf (far gentler) instead.

I use this in a diffuser, make a blend of neroli, orange, cinnamon and vetiver, love the aroma . The cinnamon is quite strong so I use less of it than the others

Very dominant smell. First of all, I bought this oil to make natural laundry washing powder. It smells like cinnamon bark, but much stronger. Also I use it in nebuliser and I really like the smell and it lasting long. The price for that size is very good. Now it will be one of my favourite oils.
