They really can give you a tan if you stay consistent with them. Easy to swallow, and I've noticed my vision effected positively in very minor ways. The only thing is that you have to eat foods with high fat due to the nature of the supplement, or you will be very nauseous shortly after taking them.
I picked this up to support my skin and overall health. I like that it’s from a natural source (D. Salina algae) rather than synthetic, I hope it is high quality ingredient. The softgels are great size - small and easy to take, no issues there. Haven’t been on it long enough to notice any benefits, but it seems like a decent supplement to include.
