been using astaxanthin for 15 plus years. helps with eye focus and night vision. this 12mg is more than enough for most instances. take with a fat source and spirulina for added benefit and assimilation. tablets are extremely small and easy to swallow considering its a higher dosage. sports research is one of the better companies and they source from good providers
I'm still hoping for the accumulative effect of this ingredient, I haven't seen any dramatic results so far. this is my second bottle actually. I hope the quality is okay. the capsules size is a bit large but they are easy to swallow. they have neither taste, nor smell.
