HMB, 90 Capsules

Wouldn't recommend it for building muscle but more so for retaining muscle mass, either for aging folks, or for people like me who were bed ridden. I had a really bad shoulder injury and couldn't lift weights for 4 months, but I kept most of my muscle mass -- 205 lbs at 10% body fat, and I only lost 8 lbs during that whole time. I definitely recommend this product if you are injured and can't lift for an extended period of time.

HMB is nasty stuff. I have bought the powder, but just can't stomach the taste. It also has a horrible foul smell to it. These capsules are perfect. No residue, smell or taste. No broken capsules or loose powder. Very good quality control. Yes it is more expensive than power but well worth it. As for the effects, it is nothing short of amazing. I am holding onto muscle like never before despite getting older. It is visibly noticeable after a month or two. It is proven to maintain muscle mass and is typically recommended to those with muscle wasting conditions. After one bottle you should notice the effects. I will be buying more. Very pleased.
