Saccharomyces Boulardii, 60 Veggie Capsules (5 Billion CFU per Capsule)

I did a course of antibiotics after getting nasal surgery and the first thing I did was buy this stuff to help my gut recover. This stuff seems okay i have had good experiences with other products from the iherb brand and the price was very reasonable so i got this product and am using it every day. The CFU amount is very high as it should be and i feel like it delivers what it promises. Would I buy this again? Probably, but i would most likely buy the now foods product which is the most trusted company when it comes to supplements and only a little more expensive. Definitely recommend taking two of these capsules every day during and after antibiotics and storing it in the refrigerator if that's an option.

Great saccharomyces boulardii product. This yeast is helpful if you need to take antibiotics, or get some degree of food poisoning. Overall beneficial for microbiome. I do wonder if the inulin in it contributed to my bloating. Overall great product though. Small capsule size that are easy to swallow.
