The quality of this pre-workout is solid, and it gives a fast kick of energy that really helps with my workout performance. Older curse was much better, not sure what they did to this, but they halved the servings and kept it at the same price, kind of disappointing, this was one of the og pre workouts and it’s a shame was jinx sports has done to this label
I tried this pre-workout before my last few gym sessions, and it did not disappoint! The energy lift is just right—enough to power through tough workouts without feeling overstimulated. This one has the best taste in my opinion. Just like all their quality products it has a benefit. For my routine I use the recommended dosage on the package of 1 scoop. The result is great and I find that I have loads of energy for my entire workout. I take this before every workout now.
