It has a lot of benefits, antioxidant support is needed especially for the eyes, and also it protects from the uv radiation a little bit, a great bonus. Quality seems good, no taste no flavour, size is small, but potency is decent, 10 mg a day is a working dose. I wish the ingredients are good and bioavailable, however there’s no patent so cannot be sure about that:(

This caps don’t stick to each other like other brands I bough from mall. Taking for a month and no problem. Ingredient I believe are proper. Caps size easy to swallow and 10mg is a good dose. Eye strain reduced but not sure if because of this suppliment only , energy level I feel better.
