California Gold is a great quality line and at a great price at iHerb I use SAMe due to an MTHFR gene issue, but can not feel a difference when using it For many, it makes a huge difference in their mood, but it does not effect me If starting out using SAMe, I would suggest 200 mg instead of 400 due to stomach upset
