I bought this organic seaweed Gomasio From Eden Foods and I love it. The quality of the ingredients and packaging is awesome. It tastes delicious I add it on my eggs and noodles I use it in many recipes. The size of the bottle is perfect I already finished half of it.

I love this over my rice and grains and this is another great way to season it aside from trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning which is also great. I love the simple ingredients and that there is toasted sesame seeds used which adds a depth of flavor that is missing in some seasoning mixes. I love the ingredients, quality, composition and the fact that it is organic and not too salty but still has enough to satisfy the salt needs for a portioned bowl or plate. I cannot wait to try the other options.

I would sprinkle it on my rice or porridge as a condiment to add some flavour. I like the combination of sesame seeds with seaweed for the minerals nutrients. As it is very humid here, I need to put it in the fridge once it is opened.

In my macrobiotic phase, years ago, I was introduced to gomasio. Though not following macro diet now, I still really like gomasio, and it's hard to find. This is a very good product, healthy, good alternative to basic salt. And not too pricey.
