This is a good quality product, the herbs in it are helpful for hot flashes and low mood associated with menopause. I won't say it got rid of my hot flashes but they were much less intense and not so frequent, so that benefit was appreciated. The dosage I take two daily - one with lunch and one with dinner and that seems to work quite well.
