Life Force® Multiple, No Iron, 180 Tablets

This multi is about as complete as a two-per-day can get. Many of the ingrediants are pricey, and yet the cost of this product is very reasonable. Compare the ingrediants to Centrum or some other brand--the difference is night and day. Taking these has nade me feel healthier and more energized for sure. I believe that nutritional supplements saved my life. I've tried a lot of products, and I know what works and what doesn't. My reviews are honest, straighforward, and based on my experience. Boost immunity and good that it has no iron version. Great.

I like this because: 1. it has no iron (iron is an oxidant for men) 2. It has no chemicals like titanium dioxide or other bad stuff or fillers or dyes 3. I take only 1 capsule per day instead of 4, so I can regulate the dose, and the amount of 1 capsule is almost equivalent to a daily RDA. 4. 180 pills in a bottle can last me 6 months if I choose so, so I take it during cold season: fall thru autumn 5. i has extra herbs in the bottle that other companies don't add, or if they do it costs a lot more. 6. Besides this multi, I take other separate supplements/vitamins.

This was recommended due to a temporary post surgery thyroiditis as it contains selenium and iodine. That was in early 2024. I like it better than my prior multivitamin.
