. this has the Ubiquinone form of Coenzyme Q10 that has been ignored until recently because it isn't as absorbable as the more popular ubiquinol form; but I throw this Ubiquinone into my high speed blender with some fruit or veg and mct oil. . I'm not sure if that really makes it more absorbable, but others have said Ubiquinone by itself is not absorbable. . I use this only once per week just in case age 65+ is low on q10; I get most of my heartache reduction from carnitine which I take with resveratrol to reduce the risk of gut germs turning carnitine into something that the liver turns into artery-damaging TMAO.
