The quality of the ingredient seems very good.I make in gluten-free breads, muffins, quick breads, cookies, pancakes, and cakes, usually mixed with other flours for better texture.This millet flour has a light, nutty flavor that gives my baking a warm, homemade taste without being heavy or bitter.

The best quality and taste and package .. Use it as meal replacement .. Toast 1 Tbsp with ghee or butter then add already mixed 1/2 cup Millet with 2 cups milk and stir until thick then add 1/2 tbsp baking powder and stir agian then let it cool and enjoy 😋😋

Good size bag for the price. Good quality as usual for making gluten free or any baked goods. There's no unnecessary added ingredients. This flour is easy to use to make many delicious recipes. I don't ever use this flour alone so the serving size works for my needs. Would recommend this product.

For people who are avoiding gluten, this is a nice to have option to use. I didn’t try other brands, so this is my first time to use this flour so I can not compare. I think the millet is a bitter grain so flour is a concentrated version of that and it is quite bitter if used alone. I liked it the most in pumpkin muffins with almond flour. It tastes a bit like corn bread. I use dates as a sweetener so the bitterness is not prominent.
