I have tried a number of 1 to 1 gf flours, but they don’t seem to stand up when it comes to taste and results. Arrowhead Mills delivers not only both but it is organic which most other blends are not. This is so very important considering the extensive use of pesticides on grain crops. The quality of this flour blend surpasses all others! I will only use Arrowhead Mills.
Easy 1:1 ratio. Organic and we sometimes mix with denser more nutritious nut flours. Good to use as a base GF flour or on it's own
I have used this flour for baking all my GF diet desserts. I use rehular recipes & sub with this flour & it works well. It is best because it is organic. Good quality & clean product. The package is easy to open. No nasty in the ingredients. If you are GF this is the flour i highly recommend. Others are not as clean & great
I was really excited to find this since I can not have potato flour, that ingredient is in most gluten free 1:1 flours. Glad to finally have a great flour for baking gluten free goodies.

The ingredients and quality is good but the taste turns out to be a little powdery. My daughter doesnt like the pancake I make with this flour. I will try other recipes and see if its ok.
