I tried a lot of ceremonial matcha options, so I can confidently say that this is a good one. Package is nicely made and the seal was easy to open without spilling the powder everywhere. The color is vibrant green as it supposed to be, it’s grounded really well, so it’s easy to get rid of dry clumps. And the taste is smooth and there is not bitterness to it. Like any other good matcha it’s not cheap, but taking the consideration the quality it is worth it, especially if there are sales!

this one by far is the best ceremonial matcha I've tried here on iherb. have very good taste, dissolving better than any matcha product I recently order from here to try. the only issue is the package. because if u accidentally drop this can then matcha stays on lid and when u want to open a lot of powder will drop outside the can. Update for 22.11.2023: what I received is completely different from what I ordered before. this one is soo terrible. at first when I saw the can I was surprised. the package for this matcha looks different it's bigger and has lid to it. but matcha itself is very bad quality it's nowhere close to ceremonial. it has yellowish color like they mix matcha with something else. waste of money!!!! the matcha I received probably cost 1$max. and I paid around 25 bucks!!!!

I love the flavour of matcha on its own, I use it with pure almond milk that i make myself so I can taste the ingredients. sometimes I add cordyceps for additional health and flavour. my natropath has limited me to 1 matcha per week due to my low Iron and also the drying affect.
