A solid dose of BCAAs plus electrolytes is a great combo for intra-workout. That said, I definitely prefer the Blue Raspberry Ice over the Strawberry Kiwi Splash (this one). Both are good, just not on the same level.

Light and refreshing flavor with zero sugar, making it easy to sip during workouts while supporting recovery. Top quality product. Helps reduce fatigue and keeps you hydrated during intense workouts. Flavor is light and drinkable, though not very natural.

Nice pre workout for endurance sport type. Energy and result. Bcaa +

It was a very good product and I received it quickly. Thank you to the iherb team.

This product checks my boxes for quality, ingredients, taste, size, and package. Good price too. Good Bcaa drink product for my fitness and workout routine. Helps with recovery and endurance and benefits my diet too. Flavor is pretty good as well. I will buy again. What else can I say about this, it’s nice!

What I like most is that it feels clean and high-quality — no unnecessary additives or artificial flavor. I also appreciate that it supports joint health in addition to skin benefits, which makes it a great all-around supplement.

Thank you very much for this product, it suited me, I like the packaging, comfortable and stylish, I will order more of these products, and recommend them to all my friends and relatives! good!!

the quality of this ashwagandha is high — the ingredients are pure, and the composition delivers a consistent dose without hidden fillers. at my age, stress and energy balance really matter, and the main benefit i notice is calmer mood, better sleep, and improved focus. the package is sturdy, and the capsules are easy on the gut, making it simple to add into a daily diet. compared to other brands, this one feels more potent and reliable, and it’s an easy way to support long-term wellness naturally. lekker

I was looking for a BCAA powder with a refreshing taste for my workouts. The reviews for this flavor are very positive, with people saying it’s delicious and tastes just like the name. It mixes well in water, and users report that it helps with muscle soreness and endurance during and after exercise.
