The first night I took one per the instructions and it worked. The second night it said to take two and it worked. I guess which ever dose works for you, go with it! Works for my mother's constipation she takes it every day

I am not the norm, I have IBS-C, I have not had worthy results with Linzess or Ibsrela. I took magnesium oxide along with Linzess it was okay, not great. With that said just to give you perspective for my review, Cleanse More is the best I've used, I take 2 pills with the magnesium every night and I'm finally going to the bathroom regularly. I have taken 3 pills but only intermittently. If you have severe constipation I would recommend giving this a go.
