This is an interesting and more niche supplement built around molecular hydrogen tablets. The idea is appealing, but the scientific evidence is still much weaker compared to more basic nutrients like vitamin D, magnesium or omega-3. The tablets themselves are easy to use, but the price per serving is quite high. Good as an experimental add-on if you have the budget, but not my top priority in a basic supplement stack. But i've seen and heard good things about H2 tabs from Gary Brecka, he is an absolute fan of H2 TABS.

I initially tried this in the 30 tablet size just to see if I would like it. Now I'm buying the bigger bottle. I seem to fill better after drinking it. But it is a lot of water to drink in one sitting. I have also tried cutting the table in half and drinking half the amount of water. Just depends on the day and how I am feeling.
