I'm taking ALA as recommended by my doc, together with other supplements. I hope to get some assistance in managing glucose, decrease oxidative damage. Although the capsule spends a short amount of time in your mouth before swallowing, the taste is a bit weird. Swallow fast- no problem. I'll purchase again.
Source naturals usually make good quality products with good ingredients. The size of the capsule is easy to swallow. I’ve been taking it for a month now and I don’t really notice in the way I feel but when I do my bloodwork it will probably show. I’m taking alpha lipoic acid with ubiqinon for their antioxidant purposes.
