I have to admit, using this product regularly didn't bring about any noticeable changes for me. Personally, I find the flavor and smell to be quite unpleasant, reminiscent of the liquid medications I used to dread as a child. The taste lingers in the mouth, and it's not a pleasant experience. I've tried mixing it with yogurt, smoothies, tea, and even plain water, but nothing seems to mask the flavor. It's just not my preference, so I can only give it 3 stars. However, it's worth mentioning that my sister actually enjoys the taste. So, if you're not bothered by the fruity scent (which, in my opinion, feels a bit too chemical), it might be worth giving it a try. It's not a bad product overall. One aspect that disappointed me is that it tends to get clumpy and doesn't dissolve properly. That's another reason why I had to decrease the rating. In summary, while this product didn't work for me personally, everyone's taste and preferences are different. If you're willing to overlook the flavor and smell, it might be worth a shot. Hard to tell how effective it is as yet, but the macros are great and it's an efficient way to hit protein without too many calories. Smells pretty sweet and artificial though, tastes like a cool berry fruit punch. Mixing it with a nut based milk makes it more palatable than water. I use this in a shaker bottle and it mixes well without lumps.

Normally I can’t take collagen products but this brand product was not the ones. I felt changes in my face skin. Now I can easily apply on foundation. Every morning i make smoothie using this powder, soy milk, frozen blueberries, banana (sometimes), blue agave syrups, or law GI natural sugar, golden kiwi, organic brown rice bran powder, raw cacao powder. It tastes fantastic!!
