I use this supplement in combination with D, L-Phenylalanine in the morning, Cognitex Basics after breakfast, and Optimized Tryptophan Plus in the evening, between DMAE meals. It provides excellent performance, a clear mind, healthy sleep and a lot of energy throughout the day. I recommend taking this complex in spring and autumn in courses of two months. This pack is composed perfectly. You get starting from the basis, the multivitamin, then omega-3 with extra olive extracts and sesame lignans extract, then you get once-daily pill that contains even more amazing ingredients from vitamin K2 for MacuGuard stuff and splendor chlorophyllin. Ubiquinol and bioavailable curcumin. These all ingredients are perfect for us. Plenty of antioxidants, anti-inflammatory food ingredients and much more in one ultra convenient pack. I can totally recommend it to anyone.
I bought this once because I wanted to feel like a rich, unable to manage my mood and serotonin levels, and didn't want to deal with the daily labor of taking pills from several supplement bottles. But after seeing next month's credit card bill, I commend myself for returning to the grind.
I have been using these packs for about a year now. They are absolutely fabulous. Not only do I feel good but I’ve noticed that my grey hairs have reduced drastically. I only had a few here and there but now I almost have none. I really just wish that they weren’t out of stock so often. I definitely feel the difference when I’m not able to take them. I order them all the way from South Africa. Will keep using them as long as I can get them.

I've tried both powder and tablets. After all, if you want to continue taking tablets every day, it is overwhelmingly easier to keep taking them! And you can drink it anywhere, even on the go. Powder has good cost performance in that respect, but I feel it has some drawbacks.
It was convenient to take this, especially while travelling. I would not take it on a regular basis, but from time to time it helps out quite a bit
