Works better for me than other cinnamon caps - believe it is the "flavanoids" as those without the standardization aren't as effective.
Or so I have heard. Whenever I have a sugary snack I take one of these just to be on the safe side.
Great cinnamon! I add it to my morning coffee; it's delicious and healthy. It's a good quality brand, with no added ingredients.
Since it is a supplement, I think it is Ceylon and not cassia, but it would be reassuring if the place of origin was specified. The capsules are small, so I open them and add them to my coffee. They have a nice aroma and seem to be of good quality.

Cinnamon is good for blood sugar control. Everyone needs to control their blood sugar as peaks in concentration are dangerous. Helps with metabolism and weight control!
