SMD Cosmetics Inhyunjin Toner Purifying Revitalizer

This toner has saved my life!!! I have struggled with rosacea and sensitive skin and I react to just about EVERYTHING!!! I heard about SMD Cosmetics from many friends who also happen to be make up artists, dermatologists and aestheticians and they all swear by SMD Cosmetics, so I had to try it! Thank GOD I did!!! The toner is so milky and relaxing! It is supposed to balance my ph after cleansing and prepare my skin for the next steps and boy did it! My skin feels so supple and dewy!
